Local Tim Hortons store owners handed out more than $128,000 to agencies in Sudbury, Ont. on Thursday November 7, 2019. The money was raised by about 30 Greater Sudbury Tim Hortons locations through the Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign held recently. The Sudbury Food Bank received $8,673.24, the Sudbury Hospice Foundation received 9,912.28, Health Sciences North Foundation collected 47,659.22, while the CTV Lions Children Christmas Telethon will receive an amount to be determined.
